Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a new opportunity in Coventry?

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to teaching staff in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Lead classroom activities under the direction of the teacher.
Offer support to individual students or small groups who require additional assistance.
Assist in the planning and preparation of lessons and educational materials.
Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a classroom environment is essential.
Ideally hold a Level 3 or higher qualification in Teaching Assistance or equivalent.
Willingness to undertake general Teaching Assistant duties as required.
Ability to perform 1-1 support duties when necessary.
Must have a valid DBS check on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
