Job description
Are you an enthusiastic History Teacher looking for a new challenge? Aspire People are working with a thriving secondary school in Shrewsbury seeking a History specialist to join their Humanities department.This is an exciting role where you'll deliver engaging lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils, helping students explore historical events, develop critical thinking, and prepare for their GCSEs.
The role:
Full-time, long-term placement with potential to become permanent
Delivering History lessons across KS3 & KS4
Planning, delivering, and assessing stimulating lessons
Supporting students in achieving GCSE targets
Contributing to department initiatives and extra-curricular activities

Requirements:
QTS/QTLS (or equivalent)
Experience teaching History at secondary level
