What You'll Be Doing:
* Deliver engaging and well-structured History lessons across Key Stages, encouraging critical thinking and historical inquiry.
* Develop a broad and inclusive curriculum that sparks interest in a variety of historical periods and themes.
* Monitor, assess, and support students' academic progress.
* Employ diverse teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs and styles.
* Cultivate a classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, respect, and active participation.
* Collaborate with fellow staff members to share best practices and improve outcomes.
* Take part in school life, including enrichment activities, trips, and events.
* Stay current with curriculum and exam board changes.
* Offer guidance and preparation for assessments and public exams.
* Maintain open communication with parents and carers regarding student progress.
