Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - NorthamptonLocation: Northampton, Northamptonshire
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible supply
Salary: £90 - £120 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)

Aspire People is currently seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support primary schools in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across year groups, leading lessons, and supporting both pupils and teachers.
Role Responsibilities:
-Leading lessons in the absence of a teacher across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2
-Supporting classroom management and pupil engagement
-Assisting with planning and delivering targeted interventions
-Working one-to-one or in small groups to support learning outcomes
-Providing high-quality support to teaching staff and school teams
Requirements:
-HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
-Previous experience working in primary education
-Confidence in leading whole-class teaching
-Excellent communication and classroom management skills
-A valid, enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
