The school is seeking a passionate and reliable professional who can support teaching and learning across Key Stages 1 and 2.As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering lessons, leading small group work, and ensuring pupils are engaged and supported in their learning. The school is looking for someone who can bring enthusiasm, initiative, and excellent communication skills to the classroom.

About the Role
This Higher Level Teaching Assistant position involves:
* Delivering planned lessons and small group interventions.
* Supporting teachers with preparation, marking, and assessments.
* Managing classroom behaviour in a calm and consistent way.
* Helping to create a positive, nurturing learning environment.
* Working collaboratively with teachers and the wider school team.

About You
We're looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant who:
* Holds a recognised HLTA qualification or has substantial classroom experience at this level.
* Is confident leading learning activities independently.
* Has strong behaviour management and communication skills.
* Is proactive, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about helping children succeed.
* Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
