CALLING ALL KS1 PRIMARY SCHOOL HLTA'S!Are you a qualified primary school HLTA ready to make a real impact? We're recruiting dynamic educators to bring experience, innovation, and excellence to primary schools across Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.
YOUR DUTIES WILL CONSIST OF:
1. Supporting Teaching and Learning
* Delivering planned lessons or learning activities in the teacher's absence.
* Supporting individuals or groups of pupils, especially those with additional needs.
* Assisting with the planning of learning activities under the teacher's guidance.
* Monitoring pupils' progress and providing feedback to teachers.
2. Assessment and Record-Keeping
* Contributing to the assessment of pupils by recording observations and progress.
* Supporting teachers in evaluating the effectiveness of learning activities.
3. Pastoral Support
* Providing emotional support and encouragement to pupils.
* Promoting inclusion and positive behaviour.
* Supporting pupils with personal, social, or emotional challenges.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
* HLTA qualification (essential).
* Strong behaviour management skills.
* A minimum of 2 years' UK HLTA experience.
* Excellent safeguarding knowledge, as well as safeguarding training (we can provide training).
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
* References covering the last two years of employment.
