📝 About the Role:
Deliver planned lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the teacher
Provide targeted support to small groups and individual pupils
Assist with planning, assessment, and classroom management
Support pupils with diverse needs, ensuring an inclusive learning environment
Collaborate closely with teachers and other support staff

HLTA status or equivalent qualification
Previous experience working within a school setting
A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
