CALLING ALL PRIMARY SCHOOL HLTA'S!Are you a passionate and motivated High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to take the next step in your education career? We're seeking confident and proactive individuals to join welcoming schools across Coventry, West Midlands. This role can consist of exciting duties such as:
Supporting Teaching and Learning
* Delivering planned lessons or learning activities in the teacher's absence.
* Supporting individuals or groups of pupils, especially those with additional needs.
* Assisting with the planning of learning activities under the teacher's guidance.
* Monitoring pupils' progress and providing feedback to teachers.
Classroom Management
* Supervising a class during short-term teacher absence or while the teacher is working with another group.
* Managing pupil behaviour in line with school policy.
* Creating a positive, supportive learning environment.
Assessment and Record-Keeping
* Contributing to the assessment of pupils by recording observations and progress.
* Supporting teachers in evaluating the effectiveness of learning activities.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
* HLTA qualification (essential).
* Strong behaviour management skills.
* A minimum of 2 years' UK HLTA experience.
* Excellent safeguarding knowledge, as well as safeguarding training (we can provide training).
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
* References covering the last two years of employment.
