About the Role:
As Head Teacher, you will provide strategic leadership and direction, ensuring high standards of education and student achievement. You will be responsible for cultivating a positive school culture, managing staff performance, and working closely with governors and the wider community.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant leadership qualifications (e.g. NPQH or equivalent)
* Proven experience as a Head Teacher or in a substantial senior leadership role
* A deep understanding of effective school improvement strategies
* The ability to inspire, lead and motivate staff, pupils, and stakeholders
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with a commitment to inclusion and excellence
