Psychology & Sports Graduate - Full Time Classroom Support Role, South LiverpoolAre you a Psychology/Sports graduate with a passion for education? We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our classroom support staff at a primary school in South Liverpool. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills in a supportive and rewarding classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the class teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning atmosphere
- Supporting students' emotional, social, and academic development, especially those with additional needs
- Observing and providing feedback on student progress, including behavioural and cognitive development
- Helping manage classroom behaviour and maintaining a focused, inclusive environment for all learners
The Ideal Candidate:
- A Psychology/Sports graduate with a strong interest in child development and education
- A compassionate and empathetic individual, committed to supporting students in their learning journey
- Able to collaborate effectively with teachers and other staff to meet the diverse needs of students
- Proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ready to make a positive impact in the classroom
