Are you an experienced and flexible teacher looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a passionate and committed Secondary General Cover Teacher to join our dynamic school in Gloucestershire. Key Responsibilities:
Cover a variety of subjects across the secondary curriculum.
Manage classrooms and ensure that students remain engaged and focused.
Adapt to different teaching styles and school environments.
Deliver lessons as set by absent teachers and assist with any ongoing classwork.
Support students in their learning, ensuring a productive and positive classroom atmosphere.
Ensure school policies and procedures are followed.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) or significant experience in classroom teaching.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
The ability to work independently and flexibly.
A passion for teaching and supporting students.
The ability to adapt quickly to new environments and challenges.
