Position: Full-Time PPA Cover TeacherContract: 1-Year Fixed Term

Start Date: September 2025
Salary: MPS (Main Pay Scale), depending on experience
The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and flexible qualified teacher to join our team as a full-time PPA cover teacher for one academic year. You will work across all year groups, delivering high-quality lessons in the absence of class teachers during their PPA time.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys variety and thrives on building relationships across different age groups.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the curriculum
* Work collaboratively with class teachers and year group teams
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
* Ensure continuity of learning and high standards across classes
We Are Looking For:
* A qualified teacher with QTS
* Strong classroom management skills
* A positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude
* Experience teaching in more than one key stage (desirable)
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
