Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment
* Support and encourage pupils' learning and progress
* Adapt confidently to different schools, year groups, and learning needs
* Uphold high standards of behaviour and safeguarding
Key Requirements:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
* Strong classroom management skills
* Confidence teaching across the Primary age range
* Professional, adaptable, and resilient approach
