Flexible Primary Teacher Opportunity in Luton!Job Title: Primary Teacher (FQT/ECT)
Location: Luton
Rate: £120 - £175 per day (based on experience & MPS)
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Term time only
Are you a fully qualified Primary Teacher with a passion for making a difference? Do you want to support children but maintain over your workload and schedule?
Whether you're an experienced teacher or an enthusiastic ECT ready to begin your journey, a fantastic, Luton-based Primary is seeking a dynamic and dedicated teacher to support their learners on an ad-hoc basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be able to focus on the core values of teaching, whilst still retaining your flexibility to pursue other passions or just enjoy a bit more free time!

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners
* Differentiate effectively for pupils with a range of abilities, including SEN
* Foster a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment
* Assess, track and support pupil progress in line with school expectations
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to achieve the best outcomes
What we're looking for:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK is essential
* Experience teaching in UK Primary Schools (KS1 or KS2)
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* A commitment to inclusive education and pupil development
* Open to applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
