Are you a dynamic and experienced Early Years Educator looking to take the next step in your career?Aspire People are thrilled to be recruiting a lovely primary school in Leicester. The mainstream primary school is recruiting for an EYFS Phase Leader based in their Nursery class.
You will be joining a dedicated team and play a pivotal role in shaping the early learning journey of their youngest learners.

The Role:
As the EYFS Phase Leader for our Nursery class, you will lead a team of dedicated early years practitioners and oversee the educational and pastoral development of our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Nursery team, providing guidance and support.
* Develop and implement an engaging and child-centered curriculum.
* Monitor and assess children's progress and plan interventions where needed.
* Foster positive relationships with parents and families.
* Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Early Years Education.
* Proven experience in an early years setting, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
* Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework and curriculum.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Passionate about early childhood education and child development.
