This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering a long-term pathway in a nurturing school environment.

About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students with a diverse range of additional needs, both within classroom settings and through targeted intervention sessions. The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping students close gaps in their learning and access the full curriculum.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience working with pupils with SEN, such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
- Experience delivering one-to-one or small group interventions
- A calm, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting learning
- A relevant qualification or degree (e.g., Psychology, Education Studies) or substantial SEN TA experience
- A DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one before interview
