An inspiring and inclusive SEND school in Bedfordshire is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team. About the Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with diverse learning needs in the classroom. You will work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure all pupils can access the curriculum, develop key life skills, and thrive in a supportive, nurturing environment.

The successful candidate will be:
* Qualified to at least CACHE/NVQ Level 2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning
* Positive, proactive, and resilient, with a commitment to inclusive education
* Genuinely passionate about working with children and young people with SEND
* A strong team player, able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Calm, patient, and confident in managing varied behaviours and learning styles
