English Graduate Learning Support Assistant - About the Role
As an English Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Collaborate with the English department to support students in Key Stages 3 and 4
* Assist in delivering engaging English lessons and structured literacy interventions
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students needing extra help with reading and writing
* Support lesson preparation and help maintain a dynamic and inclusive learning environment
* Participate in extracurricular and enrichment activities
English Graduate Learning Support Assistant - What We're Looking For
* A degree in English Literature, English Language, or a closely related field (2:1 or above preferred)
* A strong interest in education and working with young learners
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, positive, and supportive attitude
* Experience with young people is desirable but not essential
