Job description
Have you got experience as an Education Recruitment Consultant or Rescourcer?Or are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant from a different industry interested in moving into the education sector?
Here at Aspire People we are looking to recruit into our rapidly growing Shropshire team to work with Primary, Secondary and SEND provisions supporting them in finding Office and Technical Staff.

Who are we looking for:
Ideally you will come from a recruitment background and have experience in building a candidate and client base, we will consider strong Candidate Rescourcers who have had experience interacting with the schools and are looking to take the next step up to running their own desk.
We need people with drive and passion for everything they do! You will need plenty of drive, energy and enthusiasm for everything education. We are a team of experienced experts who are passionate about everything education!
To be clear this is a 360-recruitment role. You will be expected to build, maintain, and grow your bank of clients and candidates to provide an excellent service for your schools. As well as having the support of your team, you will be given the autonomy to make the desk your own, with uncapped earning potential.
