As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide valuable support to pupils, enabling them to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing individual or group support to students, both inside and outside the classroom.
* Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Encouraging and motivating students to participate actively in their education.
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour guidance.
* Helping to assess students' progress and providing feedback to teachers.
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the school.
