Design Technology & Food Technology Teacher Required -Amber Valley
September- march 2020/2021
One of our popular mainstream secondary schools North of Derbyshire , who we work very closely with on a daily basis, have requested our guidance in recruiting a dedicated Design Technology Teacher (including Food Technology) to start in September 2020 on a full time basis.
The role will include elements of Resistant Materials and Product Design as well as low level Food Technology and is covering a full time timetable.
The school are looking to accept NQTs or experienced teachers for this post
The perfect DT Teacher would have knowledge of the health & safety guidelines working in a workshop environment, previous experience working in a Design Technology environment, preferably with children aged 11-16 (KS3-KS4).
The school are looking for the right teacher who will be able to engage their students into their exciting lesson plans and get them interacting with each and every task. Successful teachers will have a UK QTS or relevant teaching qualifications.
You require:
* QTS or relevant teaching qualification
* Design Technology specialism
* Experience working in Secondary Schools with children aged 11-16 years old.
* DBS certificate, in date.
