Location: North of England (with travel across multiple secondary school sites)

Aspire People are working in partnership with a forward-thinking multi-academy trust to recruit an exceptional Science Curriculum Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced science specialist to step into a leadership role with strategic influence across a family of secondary academies.
About the Role:
We are seeking a strong and inspiring leader in science education who can demonstrate successful leadership experience, a track record of outstanding teaching, and a history of strong examination outcomes. This role is ideal for a passionate practitioner ready to influence curriculum development and improve outcomes at scale.
As a key member of the leadership and curriculum team, you will:
- Collaborate with directors of science, subject leads, and teachers across multiple schools.
- Drive curriculum development, teaching quality, and student progress in science.
- Contribute to teacher training and the creation of shared resources.
- Be based at one academy, while working across the wider group of schools to support and develop teaching teams.
