Role Summary:
We are looking for reliable and adaptable teachers or cover supervisors to provide short‑term cover in secondary schools across the Stockport area. These roles are essential to support continuity of learning when regular teachers are absent.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-set lessons or supervise classes in the teacher's absence.
- Manage class behaviour and maintain a safe, positive learning environment.
- Ensure students engage with the work set and follow school expectations.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified teachers, teaching assistants, or experienced cover staff.
- Good classroom management and ability to engage students.
- Flexibility, reliability, and willingness to travel locally.
