Location: Worcestershire (WR Postcode Area)Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate: £90 - £120 per day (dependent on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teacher to work across a range of schools in the Worcestershire (WR) area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher who enjoys variety and flexibility while maintaining a consistent, full-time working week.
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and ensure that students remain engaged and motivated throughout the school day. You may be covering a range of subjects and year groups depending on school needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Adapt to different school settings and classroom dynamics.
Support the learning and progress of all students.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Flexibility and a proactive attitude.
Previous UK teaching experience is desirable.
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
