Key Responsibilities:
Supervising students during teacher absence, ensuring that they remain on task and engaged.
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
Assisting with coursework, activities, and ensuring students are following lesson plans.
Providing support to students with varying abilities, including those with additional learning needs.
Upholding school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful classroom.
What We're Looking For:
Strong Behaviour Management: Ability to maintain order and engage students in a structured environment.
Adaptability: Comfortable stepping into different classrooms and handling varying lesson plans.
Clear Communication Skills: Able to effectively communicate with students and staff alike.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people is advantageous, but not essential.
