To be considered for becoming a Cover Supervisor you will need:
- A Masters, Degree or PhD qualification
- A passion for wanting to teach
- Having a DBS on the update service or willing to pay for a new one
- Having a caring compassionate attitude
Being a cover supervisor entails the responsibilities' such as:
- Delivering a lesson based on the teachers plan
- Follow the behaviour policies that the school has
- Collecting, marking any work that has been done and handing it into the correct person
