Join our team as a Teaching Assistant in Solihull! This role offers the opportunity to work closely with both students and teachers, assisting in delivering engaging lessons and providing crucial support to help students succeed academically.

Responsibilities:
Support classroom activities and assist with the preparation of learning materials
Provide one-on-one support to students who need extra help
Assist in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment
Help teachers in delivering lessons, setting up equipment, and supervising group work
Encourage student engagement and help build their confidence
Assist with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Enthusiasm for education and working with young people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A desire to make a positive difference in students' lives
Previous experience working with children (ideal, but not essential)
A strong work ethic and the ability to work well as part of a team
A relevant qualification or experience in education is a plus (but not required)
