Caretaker/Site Manager required Nottingham £10.50 - £11.00 per hour
Are you an experienced school Caretaker/Site Manager seeking a new opportunity in Nottingham? I am currently looking to recruit an experienced school Caretaker/Site Manager to work on an ongoing basis, supporting the site team in carrying out day to day general maintenance at a school in Nottingham. The role will be full time and temporary with a potential of going permanent.
The role of the caretaker is to ensure the buildings are well-maintained safe, secure & clean. If you enjoy DIY, you may consider becoming a caretaker. As a caretaker you will need practical skills to carry out minor repairs, you need to be able to manage your own workload and you will also need a good awareness of health, safety, security and hygiene issues.
Role Expectations
*Carry out general maintenance of the school as well as litter picking
*Carry out odd jobs delegated to you by the supervisor
*Open and close the school building
*Work independently and as a team to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently
*Set alarms
You will be supported by me, Daniel Emery. I am Aspire People's Office & Technical consultant and we have been supplying non-teaching staff to schools in Nottinghamshire. Whether it is temporary or permanent work that you are looking for, then I will be able to assist you. I offer excellent rates of pay and I will be on hand to offer support throughout assignments.
