💷 Pay: £104 - £148 per day (depending on experience)
Aspire People is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Careers Advisor to join a vibrant secondary school located in the B12 area of Birmingham. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on students' futures.
Key Responsibilities:
💬 Deliver one-to-one and group careers guidance sessions
📝 Assist students with CV writing, job applications, and interview preparation
🎯 Support college, apprenticeship, and university applications
📅 Help organise career events, employer visits, and workshops
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in a careers guidance or advisory role (school experience preferred)
🛡️ Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service
📁 Able to provide references covering the last 2 years of employment
📆 Available to start immediately on a full-time basis
