Behaviour Specialist - SEN SchoolsLocation: Kidderminster, Worcestershire
Position: Part time - Full time
Hours: 8.45 - 15.10

Aspire are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Specialist to join our team of professionals in Kidderminster.
You will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students with a range of SEN, helping Children overcome behavioural challenges and thrive in their educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and Intervene: Conduct detailed assessments of students' behavioural and emotional needs and develop individualized intervention plans.
* Support & Guidance: Work closely with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to implement effective strategies and support systems.
* Training: Provide training and support to school staff on behaviour management techniques and strategies.
* Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on the progress of interventions, adjusting approaches as needed to ensure optimal outcomes for students.
* Collaborative Approach: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment through collaboration with all stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Relevant Experience: Proven experience working with children with SEN, particularly in behaviour management and intervention.
* Educational Background: Relevant degree or qualification in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
* Skills: Strong understanding of SEN, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
* Empathy & Patience: A compassionate approach and the ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
Desirable Attributes:
* Experience in a similar role within an educational setting.
* Additional training or certification in behaviour management or therapeutic techniques.
