We are working with a highly regarded specialist school in Hounslow that is seeking confident and driven graduates for full-time Learning Support Assistant roles from September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates seeking hands-on experience with children with special educational needs, a key step towards a career in Educational Psychology.
You will:
* Work closely with students aged 4-16 with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
* Provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils access learning and develop key skills
* Collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver individualised education plans
* Observe, record, and reflect on student progress - excellent preparation for postgraduate EP courses
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

Requirements:
* A 2:1 or above in Psychology (or closely related subject)

* A clear ambition to pursue a career in Educational Psychology
