Are you passionate about Art & Design or Design Technology? Aspire People, an SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school, is looking for dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our dynamic team in roles that inspire creativity, build confidence, and support the emotional growth of our students.
We are seeking two creative professionals to join our team and help nurture the talents of students with diverse needs in a supportive and understanding environment.
We're Hiring for Two Key Roles:
Art & Design Teacher
Design Technology (DT) Teacher
Key Requirements:
Art Degree (for Art & Design role) OR
Design Technology Degree (Functional or equivalent)
Functional Skills or BTEC in Design Technology
Experience working with tools such as Bandsaws, Vices, and other DT equipment
A passion for teaching and supporting students in their emotional and creative development
Experience working with students with social, emotional, and mental health needs (desirable)
Ability to create a safe, nurturing space for students to explore their creativity and build confidence
