Aspire People, a trusted recruitment agency, is thrilled to present an opportunity for a dedicated 1-1 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in SELLY OAK, providing invaluable support to a Year 4 pupil with ASD and communication difficulties.

Position: 1-1 Teaching Assistant
Location: SELLY OAK (B29)
Contract: Part-time, 3 days per week

Responsibilities:
Providing tailored support and assistance to a Year 4 pupil with ASD and communication difficulties
Implementing individualized strategies to promote academic and social progress
Collaborating with the SENCO and classroom teacher to create inclusive learning environments

Requirements:
Experience working with children with ASD and communication difficulties
Understanding of behavior management techniques and SEN support strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach
