Learning Support Assistant (1:1 SEN Support)📍 Location: Northampton
📅 Start Date: September 2025
💼 Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN) at a primary school in Northampton, starting September 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
-Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support.
-Provide focused, individual assistance to help the pupil access learning and make progress.
-Foster independence, confidence, and inclusion within the classroom.
The Ideal Candidate:
-Patient, nurturing, and adaptable.
-Experience supporting children with SEN (desirable but not essential).
-Committed to supporting the pupil's well-being and development.
