I am new to recruitment, I have just come from 7 years in Social Housing. I have a lot of transferable skills which have gained me a head start in recruitment. I have experience of working in schools so I have a great understanding of expectations.

• What Do You Do at Aspire People?

I am a resource for 5 members of the team. I search for great candidates for Aspire people. It is crucial I find the best for the schools so our children are receiving the best possible future.

• ​What Do You Get a Kick out of in Your Role?

I like interacting with candidates and consultants and knowing that I’m helping. I also like how challenging yet rewarding it is. I have three children so I understand the importance of recruiting the best of staff for schools.

I think my school report would say I am hardworking, competitive, and always up for a good challenge. I am a people person so they may add I love talking.
