​Experience of recruitment/education and/or experience of what you do

Though I have not got prior recruitment experience, I have a vision and understanding how it works for teachers and teaching assistants at schools both in the UK and abroad. I have Masters degree in English as a foreign language and Literature. I have worked as a teacher and an English tutor. I have also worked as a supply teacher for 4 years in USA and 2 years as a supply TA here in UK before coming to Aspire People.

What do you do at Aspire People?

I work with a great team of consultants and help them to find brilliant candidates which they can put to schools and all the work it involves in between.  

What do you get a kick out of in your role?

I genially enjoy working with people, interviewing candidates, learning their background and interesting stories working in education in different countries. I feel a great satisfaction when I find the candidate and place him/her to work for a long time.
