Experience of Recruitment / Education
and / Or Experience of What You Do
I have worked in Education recruitment for nearly 9 years and have to say its one of the most for filling roles I have done. The role comes with its own stresses of course but for every teacher I place in a school whether it be day to day or longer term it out ways any other emotion. I love the relationships I have built over the years and really feel that with some clients and teachers, I’m not just Lisa from Aspire but someone who is classed as a trusted friend.
What Do You Do at Aspire People?
I work with Primary schools across Coventry and Warwickshire to provide day to day supply Teachers into schools at short notice and to also meet the longer term recruitment needs of the school. I take the stress away from the school and leave them knowing their request is
being dealt with, meaning one less thing for them to have to worry about.
What Do You Get a Kick out of in your
I love the pace of the job, no one day is the same. The role is a very reactive one and this makes it even more interesting. I love the relationships I have built over the years and I would genuinely miss not speaking to these people on a weekly basis.
What Would Your School Report Say?
"Lisa is a lively member of class; she has the ability to do well but needs to focus as has the tendency to be class clown. Lisa gets easily distracted at times but overall is a pleasure to have in class."
