I have been working in the education sector since leaving university in 2017; after I completed my PGCE, I taught History and Humanities for a couple of years. I left teaching in 2020 to join education recruitment and joined Aspire People in October 2022.

What Do You Do at Aspire People?

I work with Secondary and SEN schools across Northamptonshire to assist with their staffing needs.

I support teachers and education staff in finding their next role – whether that be in permanent, long-term, short term or flexible working! 

What Do You Get a Kick out of in Your Role?

I love helping candidates find a role that they enjoy and that makes them happy!

I know how important it is for schools to find the right candidates and love when a school trusts me to find the right fit for them!  It’s such great job satisfaction, knowing I’ve not only helped the school but supported their students too!
