Fully Qualified Supply Teacher (Primary)Location: Kettering

We are currently seeking a fully qualified Supply Teacher to join our team in Kettering. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences across a range of subjects and age groups, providing continuity and support in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
* Follow school policies and procedures, including behavior management strategies, to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
* Adapt teaching methods and resources as necessary to meet the individual needs of students and accommodate any special educational requirements.
* Provide feedback and assessment on student progress to support their ongoing learning and development.
* Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to uphold standards of excellence and contribute to the overall success of the school community.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
* Previous experience teaching in UK schools, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
* Flexible availability to work on a part-time basis, covering short-term absences and staff vacancies as required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching, with a commitment to delivering outstanding educational experiences for all students.
