Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Northamptonshire, UK
Salary: £140 - £220 per day (Subject to subject specialism)

We are currently seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to join secondary schools in and around Northamptonshire. This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive daily rate ranging from £140 to £220, depending on your subject specialism.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise students in the absence of their regular teacher, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
Deliver pre-prepared lessons across various subjects, maintaining students' focus and engagement.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
Uphold school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety protocols.
Requirements:
Experience working in a secondary school environment is essential.
A passion for motivating and inspiring children to achieve their full potential.
Ideally, hold a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is highly desirable.
Any subject specialism will be considered.
Possession of a UK driving license is preferred, but a commitment to utilising public transport will also be considered.
