I have been working at aspire people for 11 months now. While I do not have much experience, my role allows me to experience and explore different areas of the recruitment education sector.

What Do You Do at Aspire People?

I work in the payroll and accounts department as a payroll and accounts administrator. As a team we ensure all pay going through is correct and on time for the people we work with.

What Do You Get a Kick out of in Your Role?

Working in the payroll department doesn’t involve too much engagement with clients and candidates. However, from time to time when talking to candidates they can be really thankful when you help them out, this is always nice to hear!

What Would Your School Report Say?

My school report would likely say “ Ryan he needs to engage more in class and put his hand up every once in a while.”
