I have been working at Aspire People for two and half years now. Before starting here I didn’t have any experience within payroll/accounts or recruitment but with the help of everyone here, I have gained so much knowledge and experience that I will use for many years in the
future. 

What Do You Do at Aspire People?

I came into this role once realising I didn’t want to stay in school or go to university but
would rather get an apprenticeship in accounts. I work within the payroll and
accounts department as an administrator. We’re a team that work together very
closely and always help each together if needed.    

What Do You Get a Kick out of in Your Role?

I enjoy everything about my role in payroll but mainly helping others sorting out their pay/tax codes or helping them understand payslip. It’s nice to be able to help some with their pay as they have worked hard for it and I want to make sure it’s always correct.

What Would Your School Report Say?

My school report would say "Izzy is hardworking and always willing to learn. She also constantly sings and dances!"
