Job description
**Year 5 Primary Teacher**Aspire People are working with a welcoming primary school seeking an enthusiastic **Year 5 Teacher** to join their teaching team.
The school is looking for a confident teacher who can inspire pupils during an important stage of their education, helping them prepare for the expectations of Upper Key Stage 2 while continuing to develop their academic and personal skills.
This role would suit a teacher who enjoys creating challenging, engaging lessons and supporting pupils to become confident independent learners.
**Responsibilities Include:**
* Delivering high-quality teaching across Year 5
* Planning, preparing, and assessing pupil learning
* Supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs
* Developing strong classroom routines and expectations
* Using assessment effectively to support progress
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
**The Successful Candidate Will:**
* Hold QTS
* Have experience teaching within a UK primary school
* Have strong KS2 curriculum knowledge
* Be confident managing a classroom independently
* Have a positive and proactive teaching approach
* Be committed to improving pupil outcomes
