Location: Quinton, Birmingham (B32)
Start Date: September 2026 (or ASAP)
Contract: Full-Time
Salary: £162-£224 per day (dependent on experience)
Aspire People are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Quinton (B32).
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to delivering engaging lessons and creating a positive learning environment where every child can thrive.
The Role
Full-time Year 4 class teacher.
Planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Assessing, monitoring and supporting pupil progress.
Creating an inclusive and positive classroom environment.
Working closely with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management.
Is passionate about raising attainment and supporting every child's individual needs.
Has strong communication and organisational skills.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable (or willingness to obtain one).
