Contract Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Term-Time Only) - Temp to perm option available.
Salary: £90 - £95 per day

We are looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team at a small, nurturing primary school in Towcester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in children's education and well-being.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support children's learning across the school, working with individuals, small groups, and assisting within the classroom environment. You will help to foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning atmosphere, working closely with teachers to ensure every child can achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supporting children's learning through both planned activities and spontaneous opportunities.
-Working with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning and develop confidence.
-Assisting with classroom management and the preparation of learning materials.
-Helping to create a happy, safe, and stimulating environment for all pupils.
-Building strong, positive relationships with children, staff, and families.
About You:
-A warm, patient, and encouraging approach.
-Previous experience working with children, ideally within a school setting.
-Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-A flexible attitude and willingness to support the wider life of a small school.
-Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential.
