About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils and teaching staff to support learning and ensure children are able to get the most from their education.
You will provide classroom support, work with pupils individually or in small groups, help prepare learning resources and encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
The successful candidate will be someone who is patient, adaptable and confident working as part of a busy school environment.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children or young people
Is passionate about education and supporting pupils
Is patient, caring and approachable
Can build positive relationships with children
Is confident supporting learning individually and within groups
Has a positive and proactive attitude
Can work effectively as part of a wider school team
Previous experience working within a school is desirable, but transferable experience will also be considered.
