NEW TEACHING ASSISTANT OPPORTUNITIES IN RUGBYAre you passionate about making a real difference in children's lives? We're looking for a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our amazing team in Rugby, helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning experience for all our pupils.
This role is 8:00- 4:30, Monday and Tuesday and 8-3:15, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. This is a full-time, long-term role.
WHAT WOULD THE ROLES INVOLVE
1. Supporting Pupils:
* Work with individuals or small groups to support learning, including pupils with special educational needs (SEND).
* Help develop pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural skills.
* Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers.
2. Classroom Support:
* Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lessons.
* Manage classroom resources and learning materials.
* Supervise pupils during lessons, breaks, and activities.
3. Specialized Support:
* Deliver targeted interventions to help pupils achieve their full potential.
* Support pupils with complex needs, such as behavioural challenges or learning difficulties.
* Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE?
* Level 3 TA qualification (essential).
* A minimum of 2 years UK Teaching Assistant experience.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service.
* Up-to-date safeguarding training.
* References covering the last two years of employment.
