Are you a **Sports Graduate, Sports Coach, PE Assistant, or youth sports professional** who enjoys working with children?
Aspire People are looking for enthusiastic individuals from sports and coaching backgrounds to work within primary schools as **Teaching Assistants and Learning Support staff**.
Your experience coaching children can be highly transferable to education. Building relationships, managing groups, motivating young people, encouraging teamwork, and helping children overcome challenges are all valuable skills within a school environment.

**The Role:**
* Supporting pupils within the classroom
* Assisting with group activities and interventions
* Supporting children who require additional help with learning or behaviour
* Encouraging positive attitudes, teamwork, and resilience
* Supporting PE and physical activity where appropriate
* Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
* Working closely with teachers and support staff
**Your Background Could Include:**
* Sports or Sports Science degree
* Sports coaching
* Children's football, rugby, cricket, athletics, or similar coaching
* School sports programmes
* Holiday clubs or activity camps
* Youth work or community sports
