SEND Teaching Assistants - Redbourn**Location:** Redbourn
**Pay:** £95 - £120 per day (DOE)
**Hours:** 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (Full-Time Only)

### Your Role
* Support pupils with **ASD, SLCN, MLD, and additional learning needs**
* Work closely with teachers to deliver **tailored 1:1 and small group support**
* Encourage **communication, engagement, and independence**
* Help maintain a **structured, calm, and inclusive classroom environment**
