Are you a SEND Learning Support Assistant based in Bewdley?I am currently recruiting exceptionally talented Learning Support Assistants to work alongside Primary, Secondary and Post 16 students with SEND, learning difficulties and learning disabilities. This position is a full time, long term role for the correct Learning Support Assistants.
The school believes in the children being at the heart of every decision they make, they provide a personalised education for up to 12 pupils with severe complexity of needs, primarily learning disabilities but also associated health or physical disabilities.
You'll bring at least 2 years' experience as a Learning Support Assistant, Children's Residential Worker or Youth Worker working either 1:1 or in a group, as well as a want to make a huge, positive impact on the student/s you work with. Your experience and qualifications and motivation will help each child, Teacher and school reach their plans of becoming the best.
